Responsabilidades

• User & Incident Support – Receive, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests for business users.
• Monitoring & Alerting – Monitor health, perform health checks, and address performance issues with Dynatrace-like tools.
• Release & Change Management – Prepare environments, support releases and deployments.
• Post-Incident Reviews – Participate in RCA and implement preventive actions.
• Knowledge Management – Maintain technical docs, FAQs, and guides.
• Collaboration – Work with cross-functional teams to ensure service stability.
• Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve support processes and tooling.
