Decskill is expanding and seeks an experienced IT Project Lead for Application Production Support. You will own end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary contact for the project, while aligning with governance and regulatory requirements.

You will engage in planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring timely and compliant outcomes within a multinational context.

Qualificações

• Experience in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
• DevOps (Stack) & CI/CD with coordination between development, QA and operations.
• Understanding of Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and cost, scalability and compliance management.
• Project‑Management Platforms for planning, tracking, reporting and stakeholder visibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira Portfolio.
• Knowledge of legacy tools: Websphere, Autosys, CFT file transfer.
• Fluency in the English language.

• Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all involved people and contributors.
• Serve as the go-to contact for the IT project.
• Ensure knowledge of IT Projects Governance and its application to project context.
• Maintain global knowledge of IT core processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Plan and roll out projects end-to-end within time and resource constraints.
• Define and apply a project methodology.
• Anticipate and manage project risks.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements.

Application Production Support!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity’s strategic priorities, IT governance processes, and the sponsor’s expectations.
• Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors.
• The go-to contact person for the It project.
• Ensure the knowledge of IT Projects Governance in the Group and their correct application to the project context.
• Global knowledge of IT, its major processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Ability to anticipate, plan and roll out a project, from end-to-end, with respect to time and resource constraints (both budget and people), with internal or external people, to reach the defined goal.
• Ability to define and apply a project methodology.
• Ability to anticipate and handle risks associated with the project.
• Ability to understand business needs and convert them into IT requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in monitoring tools - such as Dynatrace."
• DevOps (Stack) & CI/CD. Facilitates coordination between development, QA and operations; reduces lead time and risk.
• Understanding of Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes."
• Cloud Platforms. Most new solutions are hosted on AWS, Azure or GCP; the PM must manage cost, scalability and compliance.
• Project‑Management Platforms -Central hub for planning, tracking, reporting and stakeholder visibility.
• Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or integrated tools such as Jira Portfolio.
• Legacy tools: some basic knowledge in Websphere, Autosys, CFT file transfer.
• Fluency in the english language.
