Nova Founders Capital is seeking a VIP Service Manager in Lisbon/Cascais/Oeiras to support a principal with personal logistics, travel, calendar and household coordination. The role is highly in-person with regular travel and a focus on creating order in a fast-moving lifestyle.

The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, highly organized and comfortable handling everything from inbox management to travel logistics, restaurant bookings and local admin in a luxury environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent Portuguese with strong English communication.
• Based near Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras and able to work in person.
• Able and willing to travel as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Comfortable combining executive-level tasks with practical lifestyle support.

Responsabilidades

• Daily life and personal operations: manage logistics, priorities and routines for the principal.
• Calendar and communication management: protect time, schedule meetings and filter emails.
• Travel management: book flights, hotels, transport and create itineraries.
• Household coordination: liaise with maid and providers and ensure smooth operations.
• Food, health and personal preferences: coordinate groceries, meals and health appointments.
• Portuguese admin and local support: handle forms, appointments and local logistics.
