Nova Founders Capital is seeking a Private Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Manager in the Lisbon area to support a busy entrepreneur and family across personal logistics, travel, calendar, inbox, and household coordination.

This is an in‑person role requiring discretion, superb organization, and a proactive mindset. The work includes travel, daily life operations, and managing local admin with strong English and Portuguese language skills.

Qualificações

• Fluent Portuguese and strong English.
• Based near Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras.
• Willing to travel and work in person.
• Ability to manage high‑level personal, household and family logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Daily life and personal operations management for the principal and family.
• Calendar and communication management to protect time and reduce noise.
• Travel planning and coordination including itineraries, bookings and ahead‑of‑time prep.
• Household and lifestyle coordination with household staff and service providers.
• Food, health and personal preferences management including meals and dietary needs.
• Portuguese admin and local support, handling bureaucracy and local errands.
