Nova Founders Capital is seeking an exceptional Household Coordinator to support a busy entrepreneur and family across personal logistics, travel, calendar, inbox, and daily life operations in the Lisbon area. This is an in-person, high-trust role requiring discretion and proactive service.

You will manage calendars, bookings, groceries, vendor relations, and travel plans, ensuring smooth routines and reduced friction for the principal.

Qualificações

• Fluent Portuguese and strong English skills.
• Based near Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras, Portugal.
• Able to travel regularly and work in person.
• Experience as private PA or lifestyle manager is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage calendar, inbox, and personal communications.
• Coordinate travel, bookings, and itineraries.
• Liaise with household staff and providers.
• Handle local admin and bureaucratic tasks.
• Plan meals and grocery coordination as needed.
