Nova Founders Capital is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur and family across personal logistics, travel, calendar, inbox and household coordination in the Lisbon area.

This is an in-person, high-trust role requiring proactive, discreet, highly organized candidates who can manage travel, local admin and family life while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Qualificações

• Fluent Portuguese and strong English required.
• Based near Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras.
• Ability to work in person and travel as needed.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage calendar and communications to protect the principal's time.
• Coordinate travel, logistics and personal errands.
• Liaise with household staff and external providers.
• Handle personal operations and daily tasks with discretion.
