The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, highly organized and comfortable managing travel, bookings, errands, and local admin across Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras. Strong English and Portuguese are essential.

• Fluent Portuguese and strong English; based near Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras; able to work in person.
• Comfortable with travel, luxury environments and discreet service.
