Infineon in Braga is seeking a UX Strategist to shape digital experiences across products, platforms and services. You will translate insights into strategic directions and collaborate with researchers, designers, PMs and engineers to drive customer value.

You will lead journey mapping, service blueprinting and experience discovery, apply systems thinking, define success metrics, and influence decisions with clear recommendations.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in UX strategy, UX research, experience design, service design, product design, or digital customer experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on UX/UI or product design experience with a strong understanding of digital product development.
• Experience working with digital products, platforms, ecosystems, or customer experience transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of UX, Human‑Centered Design (HCD), service design, information architecture, and research methodologies.
• Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable business and experience recommendations.
• Experience with journey mapping, service blueprinting, experience architecture, ecosystem mapping, and systems thinking.
• Fluency in English

• Facilitate workshops, define success metrics, prioritize opportunities, and influence stakeholder decisions through compelling recommendations
