Infineon Technologies currently seeks a UX Strategist to shape digital experiences across customer journeys, products, and platforms. You will translate insights into strategic recommendations and lead mapping and discovery activities within a global team.

You will collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to influence direction, define metrics, and develop innovative, future‑state experiences that align with business goals.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years of experience in UX strategy, UX research, experience design, service design, product design, or digital customer experience.

• Drive UX strategy across customer journeys, digital products, platforms, and services.

• Lead journey mapping, service blueprinting, ecosystem mapping, and experience discovery activities.

• Develop future-state experience visions, experience architectures, and strategic frameworks.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product direction.
• Facilitate workshops, define success metrics, prioritize opportunities, and influence stakeholder decisions through compelling recommendations.

Your profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• At least 4 years of experience in UX strategy, UX research, experience design, service design, product design, or digital customer experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on UX/UI or product design experience with a strong understanding of digital product development
• Experience working with digital products, platforms, ecosystems, or customer experience transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of UX, Human‑Centered Design (HCD), service design, information architecture, and research methodologies
• Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable business and experience recommendations
• Experience with journey mapping, service blueprinting, experience architecture, ecosystem mapping, and systems thinking
• Fluency in English
