Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a UX Strategist to drive strategy across journeys, digital products, platforms, and services. You will translate customer insights into strategic recommendations, shaping product direction with researchers, designers, PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.

You will lead journey mapping, service blueprinting, ecosystem mapping, and experience discovery, applying systems thinking to identify opportunities across ecosystems and develop future-state architectures.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years of experience in UX strategy, UX research, experience design, service design, product design, or digital customer experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on UX/UI or product design experience with a strong understanding of digital product development.
• Experience working with digital products, platforms, ecosystems, or customer experience transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of UX, Human-Centered Design (HCD), service design, information architecture, and research methodologies.
• Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable business and experience recommendations.
• Experience with journey mapping, service blueprinting, experience architecture, ecosystem mapping, and systems thinking.
• Fluency in English.
