Infineon Technologies is seeking a UX Strategist to shape digital experiences by blending customer insights, strategy, and business understanding. You will drive UX strategy across journeys, platforms, and services, and collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to align product direction with business goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of UX, HCD, service design, IA, and research methods, plus fluency in English.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in UX strategy or related fields.
• 2+ years hands-on UX/UI or product design experience.
• Experience with journeys, ecosystems, and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of UX, HCD, service design, information architecture, and research methods.
• Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable business and experience recommendations.
• Experience with journey mapping, service blueprinting, experience architecture, and systems thinking.
• Fluency in English.

• Develop future-state experience visions, experience architectures, and strategic frameworks

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• At least 4 years of experience in UX strategy, UX research, experience design, service design, product design, or digital customer experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on UX/UI or product design experience with a strong understanding of digital product development
• Experience working with digital products, platforms, ecosystems, or customer experience transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of UX, Human‑Centered Design (HCD), service design, information architecture, and research methodologies
• Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable business and experience recommendations
• Experience with journey mapping, service blueprinting, experience architecture, ecosystem mapping, and systems thinking
• Fluency in English
