You will drive UX strategy across journeys, platforms, and services, and collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to align product direction with business goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of UX, HCD, service design, IA, and research methods, plus fluency in English.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in UX strategy or related fields.
• 2+ years hands-on UX/UI or product design experience.
• Experience with journeys, ecosystems, and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of UX, HCD, service design, information architecture, and research methods.
• Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable business and experience recommendations.
• Experience with journey mapping, service blueprinting, experience architecture, and systems thinking.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive UX strategy across customer journeys, digital products, platforms, and services.
• Translate customer insights, business goals, market trends, and competitive intelligence into strategic recommendations.
• Lead journey mapping, service blueprinting, ecosystem mapping, and experience discovery activities.
• Apply systems thinking to identify opportunities across customer, business, technology, and operational ecosystems.
• Develop future-state experience visions, experience architectures, and strategic frameworks.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product direction.
• Facilitate workshops, define success metrics, prioritize opportunities, and influence stakeholder decisions through compelling recommendations.
