Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to recruit a Customer Delight Representative for the Ukrainian Market. You will support small and medium businesses using Facebook and Instagram ads products, assisting clients via live chat, email, and outbound calls to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.

You will identify trends, provide product and tool support to help advertisers optimize campaigns, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Ukrainian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to SMBs using Facebook and Instagram ads via live chat, email, and outbound calls.
• Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and provide troubleshooting assistance.
• Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients.
• Provide product and tool support to enhance advertisers' experience.

Your Role : Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram ads products. Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls. Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers. Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients. Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ advertising experience. Your Qualifications : Fluency in Ukrainian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2). Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage.
