You will handle live chat, emails, and outbound calls, resolve issues, and identify trends across multiple clients. The role requires rotating shifts, weekends, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude. Comprehensive training and benefits accompany a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage.
• Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram ads products.
• Assist clients through live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls.
• Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers.
• Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients.
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ advertising experience.
