Ignite. in Lisbon is seeking Ukrainian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our on-site team. You will be the frontline contact for users of a premier global social media platform, providing Ukrainian-language support with English guidance as needed, and you may relocate to Lisbon with our relocation package.

Full training is provided, with a 40-hour workweek across five days and rotating shifts from 07:00 to 00:00. The role offers growth into QA or leadership roles as the team expands.

Qualificações

Please note that this role is strictly on-site, and candidates must either be based in Lisbon or ready to utilize our comprehensive relocation package. In this exciting position, you will act as a crucial frontline contact for users of a premier global social media platform, playing an essential role in keeping our global community secure, fully supported, and seamlessly connected.

Key Responsibilities

• User Assistance: Offer premier support and guidance to Ukrainian speakers via email and live chat, skillfully assisting with login issues, privacy setting adjustments, and site navigation queries.
• Technical Support: Analyze and resolve platform bugs, system errors, and complicated account challenges to guarantee an unhindered and positive experience for users.
• Community Safety: Help users understand platform rules and guidelines, taking active measures to preserve safety standards and foster a polite environment across the platform.
• Service Excellence: Process incoming customer inquiries swiftly and empathetically, maintaining high standards of professionalism while consistently meeting key quality performance targets.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Must hold native-level or fluent Ukrainian language skills, as well as a confident command of English (B2 level baseline) for internal team dialogues, documentation, and training programs.
• Work Authorization: Resident in Lisbon (or prepared to relocate), holding EU citizenship, a Portuguese residence permit, or official legal status as a refugee.
• Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is welcome but not required, as every candidate receives thorough, fully paid initial training before taking live tasks.
• Flexibility: Comfortable in a dynamic, rapidly changing work setting with schedule flexibility across rotating shift patterns.

Compensation & Schedule

• Gross Salary: Fixed base salary of €1,237 gross per month, disbursed over 12 regular monthly payments.
• Hours: Standard 40-hour weekly commitment divided across 5 workdays and 2 consecutive rest days per week.
• Shift Breakdown: 8 working hours per shift, inclusive of a built-in 1‑hour break for meals and rest.
• Work Window: Shifts are scheduled on a rotational basis covering Monday through Sunday within the window of 07:00 to 00:00.
