We are actively seeking motivated, Ukrainian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our energetic, diverse, and international team based directly in Portugal. Please note that this position is entirely on-site, requiring candidates to be located in Lisbon or prepared to take advantage of our full relocation assistance package. In this rewarding role, you will serve as an essential primary contact for users of a leading global social media network, playing a key part in maintaining a secure, well-supported, and smoothly connected online community.

Key Responsibilities

• User Assistance: Provide top-tier support to Ukrainian-speaking users via live chat and email, effectively resolving account login issues, security setup inquiries, and general platform questions.
• Technical Support: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical bugs, system errors, and complex profile glitches to deliver a reliable and seamless user experience.
• Community Safety: Guide users on platform policies and safety guidelines to foster a protected environment, actively promoting mutual respect and security across the network.
• Service Excellence: Manage and resolve support requests promptly, demonstrating genuine empathy and professionalism while consistently meeting internal quality and performance benchmarks.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian, alongside functional English skills (at least B2 level) for team collaboration, internal systems, and ongoing training programs.
• Work Authorization: Residing in Lisbon or ready to relocate, backed by valid EU citizenship, an official Portuguese residence permit, or recognized temporary protection/refugee status.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer care is helpful but not required, as every candidate receives full, fully paid onboarding and training before starting.
• Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment featuring structured, rotating work schedules.

Compensation & Schedule

• Gross Salary: A competitive monthly salary of €1,237 gross, paid across 12 standard monthly cycles per year.
• Hours: Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, structured as 5 working days with 2 consecutive days off.
• Shift Breakdown: Standard 8-hour daily shifts, including a mandatory 1-hour break for meals and relaxation.
• Work Window: Rotational schedule running 7 days a week (Monday through Sunday) with shifts falling between 07:00 and 00:00.
