Ignite in Lisbon is seeking Ukrainian-speaking Customer Advisors to provide on-site support for a global social platform. You will assist users by email and live chat, helping with account access issues, privacy settings, and general inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be native or near-native Ukrainian with English at least B2 for internal communications. Relocation assistance is available, with a 40-hour work week and rotating shifts, including weekends.

In this exciting position, you will serve as a crucial frontline contact for users of a premier global social media platform, playing a vital role in ensuring our worldwide community remains secure, fully supported, and seamlessly connected.

Key Responsibilities

• User Assistance: Deliver high-quality support to Ukrainian-speaking users across email and live chat, skillfully assisting with account access problems, privacy configurations, and general platform inquiries.
• Technical Support: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs, system anomalies, and complex profile glitches to maintain a seamless, reliable, and user-friendly experience.
• Community Safety: Inform users about safety protocols and platform guidelines, actively promoting mutual respect and maintaining a secure digital environment.
• Service Excellence: Handle incoming user tickets in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner, consistently meeting internal quality standards and operational metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Full native or near-native fluency in Ukrainian, alongside functional B2-level English skills or higher for internal communications, operational updates, and training programs.
• Work Authorization: Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate, supported by valid EU citizenship, an official Portuguese residence permit, or recognized legal refugee status.
• Experience: Background in customer support is a plus but not required, as candidates receive complete, fully paid training before transitioning to live tasks.
• Flexibility: Readiness to adapt to a fast-paced work ecosystem featuring structured, rotating shift schedules.

Compensation & Schedule

• Gross Salary: A competitive monthly payment of €1,237 gross, disbursed across 12 standard monthly salary cycles per year.
• Hours: Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, arranged as 5 working days alongside 2 consecutive rest days.
• Shift Breakdown: Daily 8-hour working shifts that include a mandatory 1-hour break period for lunch and rest.
• Work Window: Operational roster running 7 days a week (Monday through Sunday) with rotating shifts falling between 07:00 and 00:00.
