We are looking for Turkish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist travellers with hotel reservations, complaints and booking changes, providing effective solutions in challenging situations.

Your responsibilities:
Support customers by phone and email in Turkish and occasionally in English;
Handle hotel reservation issues, complaints and booking changes;
Assist customers with urgent or unexpected situations;
Communicate with hotels and partners to negotiate alternative solutions;
Resolve enquiries professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Turkish – fluent, written and spoken;
English communication skills;
Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
Patience, flexibility and a customer-focused approach;
Ability to manage stressful situations professionally.

Working conditions:
Full-time employment – 40 hours/week;
Rotational shifts, Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM;
One-month trial period;
20 working days of training;
Health insurance from the first day of employment;
Portuguese employment contract.

Salary and benefits:
With company accommodation: €844 base salary + €200 accommodation benefit + €140.66 holiday and Christmas allowances + €154 meal allowance;
Without company accommodation: €1,099 base salary + €183.16 holiday and Christmas allowances + €154 meal allowance;
Total monthly package: €1,338.66 with accommodation or €1,436.16 without accommodation, including benefits in kind where applicable;
Meal allowance of €7 per working day;
Training allowance of €21.36 per day, with a total of €106.80 for six days;
Initial contract with an expected duration of 12 months, with the possibility of permanent employment after two years.
