Job summary

Vagabond People Consulting is seeking an international customer service professional in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist travelers with hotel reservations and travel inquiries, resolving issues to ensure excellent experiences.

The on-site role requires Turkish and English fluency, strong communication, and collaboration with hotels and partners. Benefits include health insurance from day one, a Portuguese contract for 40 hours per week, training pay, meal allowance, and potential accommodation

About the Role

Join an international customer service team supporting travelers with hotel reservations and travel-related inquiries. Help customers resolve booking issues, manage complaints, and find effective solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

What We Offer

• Portuguese employment contract.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with working hours scheduled between 07:00 and 17:00.
• 20 working days of initial training, with compensation subject to successful completion.
