Francisco CI in Portugal is seeking a Turkish-speaking Customer Experience professional to join our international team. You will deliver high-quality support across phone, email, and chat, communicating effectively in Turkish and English.

The ideal candidate has native Turkish skills (C1/C2), strong English (B2), excellent communication, and a customer-centric mindset. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment within a global organization.

• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized support to customers through phone, email, and chat; document interactions in internal systems
• Deliver a seamless customer journey by understanding needs, resolving requests, following up, and ensuring satisfaction
• Assist customers with post-sales queries: tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, refunds

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels. Ensure that every interaction is accurately documented in internal systems and handled in line with company procedures.
• Deliver a seamless and high-quality customer journey by understanding customer needs, resolving requests efficiently, providing proactive follow-ups, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with a wide range of post-sales queries, including order tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refund processes.
• Support inbound sales activities by identifying customer needs, recommending relevant products or services, and contributing to commercial and revenue growth objectives.
• Process customer requests, update order-related information, and manage customer records with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies.
• Consistently achieve operational KPIs, quality standards, and quarterly performance objectives while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
