About the Role

Join an international customer service team supporting travelers with hotel reservations and travel-related inquiries. Help customers resolve booking issues, manage complaints, and find effective solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone and email in Turkish and English.
• Handle hotel reservation issues, complaints, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
• Resolve urgent customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and business partners.
• Provide personalized solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish and good English communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• A valid visa or residence/work permit that allows you to legally live and work in Portugal.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.

What We Offer

• Portuguese employment contract.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with working hours scheduled between 07:00 and 17:00.
• 20 working days of initial training, with compensation subject to successful completion.
