Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Turkish-speaking customer support agent to assist travelers with hotel reservations and travel issues. You will communicate in Turkish and English via phone and email, addressing booking problems and coordinating with hotels and partners.

The role is on-site in Lisbon, with 40 hours per week, rotating shifts from 07:00 to 23:00, and an initial training period of six days.
