Requirements include Turkish C1+ and English B2+, EU citizenship or Portuguese work permit, and strong communication skills. The role offers full-time permanent employment with training and relocation support where applicable.

Qualificações

• Turkish language proficiency: C1 level or higher.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
• EU Citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
