Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Turkish-speaking Customer Support specialist to assist travelers with hotel reservations, by phone and email. You will handle complaints, reschedule bookings, and coordinate with hotels to offer alternatives.

A calm, solution-focused approach is essential in a fast-paced, multilingual team. Responsibilities include resolving urgent issues, following procedures, and maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

Native Turkish (spoken and written).
Good English communication skills.
Customer service orientation, patience and flexibility.
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Friday.
Previous customer service or travel experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support customers by phone and email, mainly in Turkish and sometimes in English.
Handle complaints and reschedule hotel reservations.
Resolve urgent and unforeseen situations quickly and professionally.
Work with hotels and partners to negotiate alternative solutions.
Use several tools and follow set procedures for each case.
Stay calm and solution-focused in demanding situations.
