Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Turkish-speaking customer support professional for an on-site, full-time role. You will assist Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, helping resolve inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements include Turkish C1+ and English B2+, EU citizenship or Portuguese work permit, strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualificações

• Turkish language proficiency: C1 level or higher.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
• EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit/residence permit.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer support to Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
