Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Turkish-speaking Travel Support Specialist for our Lisbon office. You will assist travellers by phone and email in Turkish, helping resolve hotel reservation issues and changes, while coordinating with hotels and partners to provide effective, empathetic service.

You will work in an international support team with rotating shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in an open-plan office in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Fluent Turkish is required.
• Good English for occasional interactions and training.

As part of an international support team, you'll help travellers navigate hotel reservation issues, manage booking changes and find practical solutions in unexpected situations.

The practical details

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Workplace: TP Open office
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotational shifts between 07:00 and 17:00
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, with an additional lunch break
• Training: Approximately 20 working days, 8 hours per day
• Training start time: Between 08:30 and 09:30, depending on the training group
