Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a customer support specialist to assist travelers with hotel reservations and complaints, and to manage booking changes and urgent requests. You will find solutions for customers and hotel partners while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires Turkish (C2) and English (B2), strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility for rotating shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Turkish (C2) and English (B2) language proficiency.
• Excellent communication, patience and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts Mon–Fri between 7:00 and 17:00.
