CallForTalents in Lisbon is seeking a multilingual Support Specialist to assist SMB clients in Turkish and English across chat, email and phone. You will resolve inquiries, guide users through the platform, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution.

This role emphasizes proactive service, learning quickly through full training over 15 days, and contributing to a dynamic, collaborative environment as you grow your expertise.

Qualificações

• Fluent Turkish speaker with a strong command of English (B2).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple channels of communication (chat, email, phone).
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage and resolve client queries.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality support to SMB clients across chat, email, and phone.
• Make outbound calls for email inquiries and when necessary for chat.
• Offer pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Guide clients through product and tool usage to enhance their experience.
• Identify common trends and recurring problems affecting multiple SMB clients and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
