Job summary

Real Recruitment Solutions is seeking Turkish-speaking customer support agents to assist Turkish-speaking clients of a leading social media platform. This beginner-friendly role requires no prior experience; you will learn on the job and train in Turkish and English.

Work from Lisbon with accommodation options. The 12-month contract may become permanent after 2 years, and private health insurance is provided after signing.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish (C2) required.
• English at least B2 for communication.
• Live in Lisbon, Portugal or be willing to relocate.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support Turkish-speaking clients through multiple channels (phone or email).
• Provide support to content creators in Turkish and English.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Provide product and tool support to improve client experience.
• Identify trends and resolve issues for SMB clients.

About the project

You will support Turkish-speaking clients of the biggest social media platform in the world. Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to company's clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses as social media content creators.

What you will be doing

• Supporting clients by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
• Provide support to content creators both in Turkish language and English language;
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
• Provide product and tool support to improve clients' experience;
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish language (must be C2)
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
• You live Lisbon, Portugal or you are ready to relocate there
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything

What we offer

Salary with accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon (discounted): 1138,66 euros/gross

Salary without accommodation: 1436,16 euros/gross

CONTRACT

Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)

Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
