Speak It is seeking a Turkish-speaking Social Media Customer Delight Representative in Lisbon. You will support high-level clients across chat, email, and phone, helping them grow on our online advertising platform.

You will expand self-serve advertising, provide pre/post-sales support, and relay customer insights to the engineering team. The role requires Turkish native fluency, English at B2, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Qualifications

• Native-level written and spoken Turkish required.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Basic computer skills; advanced skills (e.g., coding) preferred.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive, quick learner, adaptable to evolving needs.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Availability Mon-Sun, including rotating weekends.
• EU citizenship or Portugal work permit.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to high-level clients across chat, email, and phone.

• Deliver product and tool support to enhance client experience.
• Identify and resolve technical bugs and ad delivery issues.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and communicate progress to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to high-level clients to help them grow across multiple channels – chat, email and phone
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ experience
• Identify and solve problems technical bugs and ad delivery issues
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions
• Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.

Requirements

• Native-level written and verbal communication skills in Turkish
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level) is required
• Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential)
• Good analytic skills and logical thinking
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening skills
• Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt and to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Availability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends
• EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal.
