AVEC Human Resources Services is seeking a Turkish-speaking advertiser support specialist in Lisbon to join our on-site team. You will assist business advertisers via chat, email and phone, ensuring responsive, accurate help and timely issue resolution.

The role requires Turkish fluency, English at least B2, and availability for rotational shifts including weekends. Candidates must already reside in Lisbon or nearby areas and hold valid residency.

Responsabilidades

• Support advertisers across digital platforms via chat, email and phone
• Provide pre- and post-sales assistance
• Troubleshoot issues and report system bugs
• Guide users on tools, features and best practices
