AVEC in Lisbon is recruiting Turkish-speaking professionals to join the Advertisers Support team, providing chat, email and phone assistance to business advertisers. The role requires fluency in Turkish and a good level of English (B2), with on-site work in Lisbon.

Shifts are rotational, including weekends, with start dates in October. Candidates must already reside in Lisbon or nearby areas and hold a valid residency card. This is an on-site position at our Lisbon location.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Turkish.

• Availability for rotational shifts (including weekends).
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
• Valid Residency Card.

Responsabilidades

• Support business advertisers across digital platforms
• Provide pre- and post-sales assistance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and report system bugs
• Guide users on tools, features and best practices
• Identify trends and recurring issues
