Career Nest Academy in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Digital Ads Specialist for Turkish speakers to support SMB advertisers on our on-site team. You will troubleshoot ad placements, optimize campaigns, and help clients grow their businesses using digital advertising tools.

The role requires EU/EEA citizenship or Portuguese work permit, native Turkish with strong English (B2/C1+), and willingness to relocate or be based locally. 40 hours/week with rotating shifts including weekends.

Qualificações

• Must hold EU/EEA citizenship or Portuguese work permit.
• Turkish native or near-native with strong English proficiency (B2/C1+).
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon or already based locally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and operational support to SMB advertisers via Live Chat, Email, and Phone in Turkish and English.
• Troubleshoot campaign performance issues, account settings, ad delivery, and billing queries.
• Deliver proactive guidance on self-service advertising features and platform tools.
• Identify platform trends, report bugs, and ensure client satisfaction.
