Career Nest Academy in Lisbon is seeking a Digital Advertising & Client Support Specialist (Turkish & English) to support SMB advertisers in the Turkish market. You will troubleshoot ad placements, optimize campaigns, and guide clients through self-service tools.

• Native Turkish; strong English (B2/C1+)
• Ability to troubleshoot ad placements and billing queries
• Interest in digital advertising and customer care
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and relocate to Lisbon

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and operational support to SMB advertisers via Live Chat, Email, and Phone in Turkish and English.
• Troubleshoot campaign performance issues, account settings, ad delivery, and billing queries.
• Guide customers on self-service advertising features and platform tools.
• Identify trends, report bugs, and ensure client satisfaction.
