A Tech client in Lisbon, Portugal is looking for a Greek-speaking Content Moderator to join their growing team.

You’ll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On‑Site.

Start date: 10/Sep/26.

Content moderation, e‑commerce platform.

Please note: this role involves reviewing user‑generated content and may include exposure to sensitive or graphic material as part of standard content moderation duties.

Day to day, you’ll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We’re looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Greek and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
