Besthire is looking for a Polish-speaking Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal to join our growing tech team on-site. You will review user-generated content and support users of a major digital platform.

You will handle inbound contacts by phone, chat, and email, log details in our internal system, and escalate complex issues to a specialist when needed. Training is provided, with regular coaching and clear paths for career development.

Qualificações

• Polish language proficiency required.
• Ability to communicate in English day to day.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
• On-site role in Lisbon, Portugal.

A Tech client in Lisbon, Portugal is looking for a Polish-speaking Content Moderator to join their growing team.

Client prefers candidates who never worked for them before.

Please note: this role involves reviewing user-generated content and may include exposure to sensitive or graphic material as part of standard content moderation duties.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Polish and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
