Besthire in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Greek-speaking Content Moderator to join our growing team. You will help users of a major digital platform with account and product support, working on-site in Lisbon.

You will handle inbound contacts across phone, chat, and email, logging details in the internal system and passing trickier issues to a specialist. Prior customer service experience is a plus, with full training provided. Start date 10/Sep/26.

Qualificações

• Fluent Greek required for content moderation.
• Good command of English for day-to-day communication.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but training provided.

Responsabilidades
