Qualificações

• Must communicate confidently in Greek.
• Comfortable working in English day to day.

• Onboarding and career development support offered.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email.
• Log details clearly in the internal system.
• Escalate tricky issues to a moderator or specialist when required.
• Review user-generated content for moderation, including sensitive material.
