Besthire in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Greek-speaking Content Moderator to support users of a major digital platform. You will review user-generated content and help with account and product support, working on-site in a multicultural team.

Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor. Training is provided, with onboarding and ongoing coaching to grow within the team.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Greek required; English daily use for communication.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to document cases accurately.
