The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in travel consulting, specifically covering air, rail, and hotel bookings, alongside fluency in both English and French. You will provide top-notch support to travelers through various communication channels, while collaborating closely with internal teams for an enhanced customer experience.

This role requires adaptable individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and can effectively manage customer interactions. Strong proficiency with GDS systems is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Travel Consultant with air, rail, and hotel bookings.
• 3+ years experience with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
• Background in contact center or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails.
• Maintain knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems.
• Quickly assess customer needs and handle bookings.
