Navan’s Travel Experience team seeks an experienced Travel Consultant to support travelers via chat, phone, and email, resolve issues, and provide feedback to product teams. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, knowledge of suppliers, and adherence to SLAs.

Candidates must reside in Portugal or be willing to relocate; fluency in English and Spanish is required. Experience with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is mandatory, with rotating shifts across mornings/evenings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Travel Consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings.
• 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).

Responsabilités

• Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems.
• Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences.
• Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings accurately.
• Guide customers to self-service options on Navan platform/app.
• Respond promptly to meet SLA expectations.
• Follow policies and ensure global compliance.
• Offer feedback to stakeholders on progress and processes.
• Participate in team meetings on products, suppliers, industry updates.
• Stay current on travel industry best practices.
• Maintain attendance, training completion, and performance metrics.
