BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat and other channels, delivering professional, personalized support.

You will resolve inquiries about orders, accounts, products and services, document interactions in internal systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Language requirement: Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Proactive and eager to learn in the travel field

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
