Qualificações

Your Role

• Log and manage cases accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to **escalate** complex technical problems.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent French or Italian (C1 level)
• Basic knowledge of English for internal communication
• Previous experience in technical support, IT, or electronics is preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment
