Product Pulse is partnering with a global technology company to recruit Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialists for a new project based in Italy.

You will provide professional technical assistance and customer support for users of camera drones, guiding them through troubleshooting and product usage while delivering an excellent experience in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1 level).
• Basic English for internal communication.
• Experience in technical support, IT, or electronics preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
• Interest or experience in drones, consumer electronics, or related technology is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with camera drones.
• Assist customers with setup, functionality, and maintenance guidance.
• Educate users on features, firmware updates, and common usage issues.
• Log and manage cases accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalated complex technical problems.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
