CloserHire is partnering with a leading international company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a drone technology after-sales project in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide professional repair and after-sales support for drone products, assisting customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance. You will ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues efficiently, managing complaints with empathy, and contributing to continuous improvement of products and services.

Your Role

• Provide after-sales and technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with repair inquiries and troubleshooting, including guidance on product use

Your Profile
