Job Openings Italian-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist Small Gadgets Project

Start Date: April 10, 2025

We are looking for Italian speakers to join our international client's team as Customer Service Representatives to provide support for a well-known small appliances brand. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and provide exceptional service. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lisbon.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time).
  • Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day during the week.
  • Includes work on bank holidays (extra payment is applicable)
  • On-site position in Lisbon.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian (C2 and higher) and a good command of English (B2, written and spoken).
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must have valid documentation to work in Portugal (possession of either one of the following is required):
Contract & Compensation
  • Type of contract: 1-year fixed-term contract.
  • Base salary: EUR 1,000/month (paid over 14 months).
  • Performance bonus: EUR 100 per month (paid over 12 months).
  • Meal allowance: EUR 7.23 per working day.
  • Transport allowance: EUR 20 per month.
  • Health insurance: Available from day 1 (employee contribution required). Fully covered after 6 months.
Relocation Support
  • For candidates relocating to Lisbon:
  • Flight reimbursement (up to EUR 400 in Economy class)
  • Shared accommodation option for up to 12 months, bills included
