Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Technical Product Specialist (Turkish-Speaking) to support our digital ads clients on-site. You will troubleshoot and resolve product issues, assist advertisers, and contribute to service improvements.

The role offers on-site work, training, and opportunities for career growth within a global tech leader. Fluency in Turkish and English, plus marketing experience, are required, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Fluent Turkish (C1) and English (B2) required.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and paid campaigns mandatory.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech service environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• From the start, proactively seek initiatives to improve service and user experience.
• Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products via email and chat.
• Collaborate with Product Operations & Eng teams to resolve diverse queries (technical or product-related).
• Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction metrics by ensuring quality across touchpoints.
• Ensure adherence to service levels across channels and target productive outcomes for customers.
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.

What You Will Do In This Role

• From the beginning, you will take an active role in continuously seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.


• Handle and resolve end‑to‑end product troubleshooting and customer support for our client advertising products, across case volumes via email and chat channels.


• Own and drive query resolution through collaboration within house Product Operations & Eng groups to resolve all types of generic, technical or product queries.


• Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics ensuring service quality through case journey, providing regular updates across touch points.


• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve Best‑in‑Class productivity, impact resolution times for end customer.


• Partner with in‑house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written Turkish (C1).


• Fluent, verbal and written English (B2).


• Degree in Marketing or a related field.


• Experience in Digital Marketing.


• Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory).


• Experience in a Contact Centre or Service program for any Advertising Tech company.


• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.


• Fluent with any social media product usage and basic understanding of digital advertising.
