Job Description

As a Technical Support Digital Ads, you will support our clients’ digital advertising products, handling end‑to‑end troubleshooting and support across email and chat channels. You will work closely with product operations and engineering teams to resolve generic, technical, or product queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to service levels.

Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement of service and overall user experience.
• Handle and resolve end‑to‑end product troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products.
• Collaborate within Product Operations & Engineering groups to drive query resolution.
• Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics and maintain quality service throughout case journey, providing regular updates across touch points.
• Adhere to service levels across channels and achieve high productivity and customer impact resolution times.
• Partner with in‑house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and paid campaign management (mandatory).
• Experience working in a contact center or service program for an advertising technology company.
• Team‑player with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
