What You Will Do In This Role

• Provide first‑line technical support for customers using AI and cloud‑based solutions.
• Respond to customer queries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve standard technical issues by following defined procedures and support documentation.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues through the appropriate internal channels.
• Maintain high service quality and operational efficiency across all customer interactions.
• Support customers across international markets and multiple time zones.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Follow compliance, process, and quality requirements applicable to the role.
• Contribute to a consistent customer experience in a fast‑paced technical support environment.
• Support shift‑based operations, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent, verbal and written in English (C1)
• Have a minimum 2 years of customer service or technical support experience.
• Have a clear logical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Have strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Have the ability to follow defined procedures and resolve standard support issues.
• Are willing to work in a shift‑based environment, including weekends and public holidays.
• Have the availability to work on‑site.
