What you will do in this role

As aTechnical Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide first-line technical support for customers using AI and cloud-based solutions.
• Respond to customer queries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve standard technical issues by following defined procedures and support documentation.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues through the appropriate internal channels.
• Maintain high service quality and operational efficiency across all customer interactions.
• Support customers across international markets and multiple time zones.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Follow compliance, process, and quality requirements applicable to the role.
• Contribute to a consistent customer experience in a fast-paced technical support environment.
• Support shift-based operations, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
